Purchased 1040EV motor lift excellent service and prompt delivery, assembled and installed via detailed instructions without problems. However, the lift operation was perfect except the light didn’t work. Contacted EasyGates and was lucky enough to be speaking with Mr Joe Fern who advised that this was an unusual occurrence as the LED bulbs should last a lifetime and that would probably be a loose connection. He consulted a colleague Mr Sam Allsopp and they forwarded photos and instructions on how to access and repair. When I opened the unit I saw that the light board had sprung from its housing, repositioned in its rightful place, the problem was solved in ten minutes.
